This fully automated production line was jointly developed and designed by JiuZheng Company and the Zhengzhou Institute of Mechanical Research. It is the first unmanned forging production line in China. The line covers the entire process—from billet feeding to forging press, robotic transfer, isothermal normalizing and aging, shot blasting cleaning, and finally to finished-product output—with a capacity of 12,000 kg/h.
This fully automated production line was jointly developed and designed by JiuZheng Company and the Zhengzhou Institute of Mechanical Research. It is the first unmanned forging production line in China. The line seamlessly integrates the entire manufacturing process—from billet feeding to forging press, robotic transfer, isothermal normalizing and aging treatment, shot blasting cleaning, and finally, finished-product handling. With a capacity of 12,000 kg/h, this production line is controlled by computer software and linked to the entire system, allowing for real-time adjustment of production rhythms and easy switching between different processes. Moreover, this equipment is equipped with an emergency fault-handling system, ensuring uninterrupted and continuous production.
This production line features advanced technology and has pioneered an automated model in the domestic forging industry. It not only enhances the quality of forged products but also significantly reduces labor costs and greatly boosts production efficiency. Widely adopted in the domestic forging industry, it boasts promising development prospects.
