1. Manufacturing of heat treatment industrial furnace equipment: We can provide users with continuous (single-row, double-row, inter-cooling re-heating) carburizing automatic lines, sealed box-type multi-purpose furnaces, rotary hearth furnaces; various isothermal normalizing production lines; diverse tempering and quenching production lines; aluminum alloy quenching and aging automatic production lines; as well as auxiliary equipment for the heat treatment industry, including robotic arms, shot blasting machines, cleaning machines, quenching presses, and more. We also offer comprehensive services, including technical consultation, heat treatment plant design, custom heat treatment equipment design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, after-sales service, and personnel training.
2. Heat Treatment Processing Services: The company is equipped with two self-manufactured JZMX-2 type 1000 kg sealed box furnaces, enabling us to provide external heat treatment services such as carburizing, carbon-nitrogen co-diffusion, tempering, normalizing, and sandblasting. We can also perform thorough inspections of workpieces, including measurement of effective case depth, Rockwell hardness, superficial Rockwell hardness, and metallographic structure analysis.
3. Electroplating automated production line equipment and automated production lines for non-standard process equipment, etc.
