Major equipment overhaul | Overhaul and refurbishment of the furnace’s refractory lining, including: replacement of furnace walls, furnace arches, bottom carbonized guide rails/slide rails, middle door chain rails, replacement of the stirring fan assembly and its components, replacement of the middle door insulation material, and, based on customer requirements, provision of furnace temperature measurement services along with nationally accredited temperature measurement reports. |
Equipment relocation, Renovation | Based on the customer’s relocation between the old and new facilities, we provide guidance on equipment relocation as well as necessary modifications, upgrades, inspections, maintenance, and repairs. We also offer follow-up major overhauls of equipment tailored to the customer’s specific needs. |
Equipment item repair | Replacement and maintenance of various mechanical and electrical components in the equipment, including: cylinders, solenoid valves, oxygen probes, thermocouples, temperature controllers, control boxes, heat exchangers, and so forth; as well as routine inspections of the equipment (covering the mechanical, electrical, and process aspects). |
