    Jiu Zheng Company and the Zhengzhou Institute of Mechanical Research have jointly completed the development of an unmanned intelligent forging and heat treatment line.

    Our company, in collaboration with the Zhengzhou Institute of Mechanical Research, has jointly developed an unmanned, intelligent automated production line for forging, heat treatment, and machining. Recently, this equipment was completed and put into operation in Xin County, Henan Province—a region with a rich revolutionary history. The equipment fully utilizes the residual heat generated after forging to perform re-heating, rapid cooling, and isothermal heating, thereby completing the entire process of isothermal normalizing for forged parts.

    The fully automatic isothermal normalizing and aging production line, developed and designed by Jiuzheng Industrial for the Zhengzhou Institute of Mechanical Research, has been shipped to the construction site.

    This fully automated production line was jointly developed and designed by JiuZheng Company and the Zhengzhou Institute of Mechanical Research. It is the first unmanned forging production line in China. The line covers the entire process—from billet feeding to forging press, robotic transfer, isothermal normalizing and aging, shot blasting cleaning, and finally to finished-product output—with a capacity of 12,000 kg/h.

    Jilin Juzheng Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. has won the bid for the relocation and renovation project of the Wazhou Railway Heat Treatment Production Line.

    Tender Content: As the general contractor, the bidder shall relocate the existing two double-row pusher-type carburizing furnace production lines, one rotary hearth furnace for secondary quenching heat treatment, and one rotary hearth heat treatment furnace from the old site to the West Suburb Industrial Park of Wazhou Railway. At the same time, the bidder shall carry out major overhauls and upgrades of these production lines. The bidder is responsible for the design of the equipment and control systems for the production lines.
