The hydraulic breaker heat treatment production line is a fully automated heat treatment equipment developed by JiuZheng Company, specifically for the mining machinery and hydraulic breaker industry, and represents an internationally advanced level of technology.
Equipment Process Flow
Preheating → Carburizing → Cooling → Quenching → Cleaning → Tempering
Device Composition
It consists of a feeding track, a pre-processing furnace, a carburizing heating furnace, a cooling-down furnace, a quenching mechanism and cooling circulation system, a tempering furnace, and a control system.
