Product Details
Introduction to the Production Line
This heat treatment production line was specially developed for bainitic-martensitic wear-resistant ductile iron (grinding balls). Through isothermal quenching heat treatment, the matrix is transformed into a microstructure consisting of a bainitic-ferritic matrix with retained austenite distributed throughout. This microstructure boasts high strength, excellent ductility, and superior dynamic performance—such as resistance to bending fatigue and contact fatigue. It has already been widely adopted both domestically and internationally for wear-prone components including gears, camshafts, and automotive trailer hitches.
Equipment Process Flow
Preheating → Carburizing → Cooling → Quenching → Tempering
Device Composition
It consists of a feeding track, a degreasing furnace, a carburizing heating furnace, a cooling-down furnace, an isothermal quenching mechanism and a cooling circulation system, an isothermal tempering furnace, and a control system.
