The bucket tooth heat treatment production line is a fully automated heat treatment equipment developed by JiuZheng Company, featuring internationally advanced technology and specially designed for manufacturers of mining machinery components—such as excavator bucket teeth, tooth seats, and guard plates—offering exceptional wear resistance. With a production capacity ranging from 400 to 1,000 kg/h, the line can achieve a maximum daily output of 24 tons. It fully meets the demands of large-scale production for enterprises. The entire production line is computer-controlled; workers (only two per shift) are responsible solely for loading parts. All process transitions and process parameters are automatically controlled, making operation simple, convenient, and highly reliable.

Introduction to the Production Line
The bucket tooth heat treatment production line is a fully automated heat treatment equipment developed by JiuZheng Company, specifically designed for mining machinery component manufacturers. It is capable of processing various wear-resistant parts, including excavator bucket teeth, tooth seats, and guard plates, and boasts an internationally advanced level of technology. The production capacity ranges from 400 to 1,000 kg/h, with a maximum daily output of 24 tons. This line fully meets the demands of large-scale production. The entire process is computer-controlled; operators—just two per shift—are responsible only for loading parts. All process transitions and process parameters are automatically controlled, making operation simple, convenient, and highly reliable.
Equipment Process Flow
Normalizing heating → Air cooling → Quenching heating → Quenching (water toughening) → Low-temperature tempering process
Device Composition
It consists of an automatic in-and-out feeder, a heating furnace, a chain-belt quenching tank with a cooling circulation system, a tempering furnace, and a control system.
