    Equipment Process Flow

    Normalizing heating → Air cooling → Quenching heating → Quenching (water toughening) → Low-temperature tempering process

    Device Composition

    It consists of an automatic in-and-out feeder, a heating furnace, a chain-belt quenching tank with a cooling circulation system, a tempering furnace, and a control system.
