Production line composition
The Jiuzheng sealed-box furnace production line consists of a sealed-box multi-purpose furnace, a cleaning machine, a tempering furnace, loading and unloading carts, lifting platforms, and material preparation stations. It is suitable for various types of heat treatments, including carburizing, carbon-nitrogen co-diffusion, re-carburizing, secondary carburizing, heating and quenching under protective atmospheres, normalizing, and annealing. The line can perform heat treatment processes such as direct quenching after carburizing, slow cooling after carburizing, and re-heating and quenching after medium-cooling following carburizing. Depending on production volume and different site conditions, the line can be configured in various layouts to meet user needs.
