Product Details
Production line composition:
The production line consists of an automatic feeding roller conveyor mechanism for loading materials, a pre-oxidation furnace, a heating carburizing furnace, a quenching tank and quenching system, a cleaning machine, a tempering furnace, a material tray conveying mechanism, and a control system. The series of automated carburizing lines offers both double-row and single-row furnaces as options, enabling the implementation of various heat treatment processes such as carburizing, quenching, tempering, slow cooling after carburizing, press quenching, and carbon-nitrogen co-diffusion. The double-row furnace allows simultaneous production of parts with different cycle times and varying case depths in the same furnace. Additionally, based on specific requirements provided by users, we can design customized combinations to deliver turnkey equipment that fully satisfies customer needs.
