Scope of application:
It is ideal equipment for carburizing and carbonitriding mechanical parts such as gears, bearings, and drill bits used in fields including automobiles, tractors, locomotives, oil rigs, and mining machinery, making it perfect for high-volume production.
Equipment composition:
The system consists of components such as a preheating furnace, a double-row carburizing furnace, an intermediate cooling chamber, a reheating furnace, a quenching system, a cleaning machine, a low-temperature tempering furnace, and a material tray conveying mechanism. The series of automated carburizing lines can be supplied as standalone units. We can also design customized equipment packages tailored to meet users’ specific requirements, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
