Product Details
Scope of application:
It is ideal equipment for carburizing and carbonitriding mechanical parts such as gears, bearings, and drill bits used in fields including automobiles, tractors, locomotives, oil rigs, and mining machinery, making it perfect for high-volume production.
Equipment composition:
It consists of components such as a preheating furnace, a single-row heating furnace, a single-row carburizing furnace, a single-row holding furnace, a quenching system, a cleaning machine, a low-temperature tempering furnace, and a material tray conveying mechanism.
The series of carburizing automatic lines can be supplied as standalone units, or they can be custom-designed and combined into complete sets tailored to meet users’ specific requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
