Product Details
Scope of application:
The isothermal normalizing automatic line is a billet heat treatment equipment designed for large-scale, continuous production. Compared with traditional normalizing furnaces, it boasts advanced features. High degree of automation. A temperature-controlled air-cooling chamber and an isothermal homogenizing furnace have been added. After isothermal normalizing, the microstructure and hardness of the workpieces are uniform, thereby improving the machinability of the blank workpieces.
Equipment composition:
The isothermal normalizing automatic line consists of a normalizing heating furnace, an air-cooling system, an isothermal soaking furnace, a material tray conveying device, a programmable control system, and a temperature-control system.
