Product Details
Scope of application:
The JZZH series tempering and normalizing production line is primarily used for the tempering treatment of crankshafts and connecting rods for various engines, as well as front beams, half shafts, half-shaft sleeves, U-bolts, track support rollers, springs, and other mechanical parts for various vehicles. It can also be used for normalizing forged billets. It is suitable for large-scale automated production. As needed, the quenching heating furnace can be supplied with a protective gas, enabling parts to be heated without oxidation.
Equipment composition:
The production line consists of a heating furnace, quenching mechanism, cleaning machine, isothermal tempering furnace, cooling tank, transmission mechanism, electrical control system, and temperature control system.
