Production line composition
It consists of a hydraulic pump station, an upper pressing cylinder, a lower pressing cylinder, a demolding cylinder, a mold, a machine body, an oil tank, an electrical control system, and an oil temperature control system, among other components.
Introduction to Device Features
1. Carburizing and Slow Cooling Line Process Flow: Loading → Pre-treatment → (Heating—Strong Carburizing—Diffusion) → Slow Cooling → Unloading. This line can also be shared with the carburizing-quenching process.
2. Rotary hearth atmosphere furnace: This equipment is an essential secondary heating device that is designed to work in conjunction with the quenching press. It features flexible start-and-stop capabilities, high production capacity, and can operate in tandem with the main furnace. When production volume is low, the furnace can accumulate a certain quantity of parts undergoing slow cooling before being reheated and restarted.
3. Gear ring quenching press—this equipment is a patented product of Jiu Zheng Company. It performs the press-quenching process for gear rings, with a single-machine capacity of one part every 6 minutes (including loading, press-quenching, and unloading).
