Production line composition
The system consists of several components, including the preheating furnace, carburizing furnace, slow-cooling chamber, intermediate cooling and reheating unit, quenching system, press-quenching holding chamber, post-cleaning machine, low-temperature tempering furnace, material tray conveying mechanism, temperature control system, program control system, and carbon potential control system.
Introduction to Device Features
1. Carburizing and Slow Cooling Line Process Flow: Loading → Pre-treatment → (Heating—Strong Carburizing—Diffusion) → Slow Cooling → Unloading. This line can also be shared with the carburizing-quenching process.
2. Rotary hearth atmosphere furnace: This equipment is an essential secondary heating device that is designed to work in conjunction with the quenching press. It features flexible start-and-stop capabilities, high production capacity, and can operate in tandem with the main furnace. When production volume is low, the furnace can accumulate a certain quantity of parts undergoing slow cooling before being reheated and restarted.
3. Gear Ring Quenching Press: This equipment is a patented product of JiuZheng Company. It performs the press-quenching process for gear rings, with a single-machine capacity of one part every 6 minutes (loading, quenching, and unloading).
