Product Details
Scope of application:
It is ideal equipment for carburizing and carbonitriding mechanical parts such as gears, bearings, and drill bits used in fields including automobiles, tractors, locomotives, oil rigs, and mining machinery, making it perfect for high-volume production.
Equipment composition:
The system consists of components such as a pre-treatment furnace, a double-row carburizing furnace, a quenching system, a cleaning machine, a low-temperature tempering furnace, and a material tray conveying mechanism. The series of automated carburizing lines can be supplied as standalone units or, based on specific requirements provided by the user, designed and assembled into complete equipment packages that ensure customer satisfaction.
