Product Details
Scope of application:
The rotary hearth furnace is primarily used for secondary heating of mechanical parts such as automotive gears, gear sleeves, railway axle bearings, and surface carburizing. It can be integrated with a press to carry out pressure quenching processes.
Equipment composition:
It mainly consists of a furnace shell, brick lining, rotary table and drive system, electric heating system, furnace door system, air intake and exhaust system, program control system, and electrical control system, among others.
