Product Details
Scope of application:
The controllable-atmosphere multi-purpose sealed box furnace is primarily used for heat treatment processes such as carburizing, carbon-nitrogen co-diffusion, protective-atmosphere heating quenching, tempering, and normalizing of workpieces like gears and gear shafts. It is also the ideal equipment for soft nitriding.
Equipment composition:
The sealed-box multi-purpose furnace production line consists of a sealed-box multi-purpose furnace, a cleaning machine, a tempering furnace, a push-pull material-handling trolley, a lifting and loading platform, and a control system. The production line can also be configured according to the number required by the user.
