Product Details
Device usage:
A closed-loop material tray system designed for the solution treatment and age-hardening of aluminum alloy workpieces, featuring a high degree of automation and significantly reducing workers' physical labor intensity.
The heating furnace uses open-type electric radiant tubes, which facilitate production and maintenance.
Powered by a thyristor power controller and equipped with intelligent instruments for temperature control and alarm, this system delivers significant energy savings. The furnace features excellent temperature uniformity: the solid-solution heating furnace maintains a temperature accuracy of ±5 ℃, and the aging furnace also achieves an accuracy of ±5 ℃.
The flip mechanism for controlling water and sand can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0 to 270°. A programmable controller manages the equipment’s operations, ensuring precise and reliable performance.
Equipment composition:
It consists of a quenching heating furnace, a quenching mechanism, a aging furnace, feed and discharge push rods, a turning mechanism, and a control system.
