Scope of application:
The quenching press is suitable for pressure quenching of thin parts such as ring gears for automotive rear axles. It is equipped with corresponding core mandrel dies to control deformation of the workpiece during the quenching process.
Equipment composition:
It consists of a hydraulic pump station, an upper pressing cylinder, a lower pressing cylinder, a mold, a quenching oil tank, an electrical control system, and an oil temperature control system, among other components.
Device features:
Compact structure with easy mold changes. PC-controlled for simple operation. Compatible with multiple sizes.
